The cleanest makeup you will ever find that is also good for your skin. It does not break the bank, but it also does not have all the products I would use. I use their color pot for lips and cheeks in Rosy, their foundation, and their eye liner/brow pencil.

I go back and forth between being able to tolerate coffee and not. However, even with coffee, teas are a great source of nutrients and adaptogens. Rasa is on the higher ends of teas, but the quality is unmatched. My favorites are the Cacao blend and Dirty Rasa, which does have some caffeine in both.

They also make a mushroom powder that I love adding to my coffee in the morning. This is a woman owned start up based out of Colorado.

Allyson has changed the lives of two of my kids in a few visits. We still have many layers to peel back, but my daughter resolved her migraines of 12 years (1-2x/wk at worst) in the first appointment. She has gone 10 months without a migraine!
